What´s Greenflash?
•An state of the art flash residues destruction system.

How does Greenflash works?
•Garbage trucks unload the solid domestic waste (SDW) in enclosed bins.
•SDW it´s visually inspected and loaded into conveyors towards the drying tunnel.
•SDW enters drying tunnels to bring humidity of residues to a max of 20%.
•SDW its shredeed and goes through magnetic tunnels to remove remanents of metal.
•Shredeed residue (Fluff) enters Greenflash that its running at 850°C / 1.560°F.
•Flash Gasification.
•Clean, non explosive and almost zero emissions Syngas it´s generated.
•Cyclons recover high quality black carbon. Metals and inert ashes are recovered separately.
•About 15% of the energy generated it´s used for each Greenflash for own running operation, hence each Greenflash it´s 100% energy self sustainable.
